The Parks of West Bedford (Clayton Developments / Cresco Homes) is the largest, most comprehensive and most successful planned community in Atlantic Canada. The project is just starting the fifth year of an anticipated 25 year build out that will see 18,000 to 20,000 people living in a 1,300 acre master planned mixed use, mixed density project.

Broad Street is off of Larry Uteck Blvd which connects the Bedford Highway and Highway 102. The park is now mostly developed with limited opportunities for future expansion Atlantic Acres is 8 kilometres from the Port of Halifax, and 25 kilometres from the Halifax International Airport.
