Matt Olsen

Matt grew up in St. Margaret’s Bay, Nova Scotia where he built his landscaping business which he grew and eventually sold 6 years later. In 2018, he took on the Atlantic Canadian distribution of Away With Geese Products for 2 years where he developed B2B sales skills and inventory management/distribution and received an innovation honourable mention from the Nova Scotia House of Assembly.

Following his business sale and graduation from Acadia University in 2020, he began his career in Commercial Real Estate. Matt prides himself with his hard work ethic and ability to provide creative solutions to clients with complex requirements. He is working on the Industrial Team and has assisted Phil Bolhuis in 30+ real estate transactions in his first year.
