Ayob Assali

Previous to starting at KW Commercial Advisors, Ayob started his journey in sales during the summer of his first year at St Mary’s University, which took him into the door-to-door industry selling telecom services. Over the next 4 years, Ayob went on to sell various products from HVAC systems to Solar panels.

Ayob started his career in Commercial Real Estate in January 2022 joining the team as a Office & Retail market researcher. Throughout that year he gathered market knowledge by updating and keeping track of market activity as well as handling the quarterly office market stats (based on 161 buildings around the HRM). In January 2023 of this year, Ayob became a licensed realtor and continued in his progression as he put his market knowledge to work for his tenants and landlords.
